  11. Enclosed is your demo diskette.  This is my recent creation to print
  12. personalized form letters from a list of up to 50 addresses.  Please
  13. let me have your evaluation of this demo.

  15. The demo disk requires a hard drive  "C", a 360k floppy, and your
  16. computer should have a color monitor.  It must be installed before
  17. use.  Put diskette in floppy drive and enter "install".  The working
  18. version will be installed in C directory \llmail10. Once install is
  19. completed, program can be run by entering "go" in llmail10 directory.

  21. To use it, compose your own form letter.  The letter must be a de-
  22. limited ASCII file as created by text editors or some word processors
  23. such as Easy Writer.  The quickest thing to do is to use this sample
  24. and change it using the change-letter function from the main menu.
  25. After the complimentary address, a line beginning with "DAT#" will
  26. yield a date-line aligned with the previous line.  A line beginning
  27. with "ADD#" signals the printer to insert an address from your current
  28. list.  A line beginning with "SAL#" causes the program to insert a
  29. salutation.

  31. There is a readme.doc file included.  There are enough prompts so as
  32. to make operations mostly self-explanatory.
